GoPlenum has the option to limit the number of responses a delegate may use during a speech. The setting also limits the number of times delegates can request to respond. When this setting is enabled, attendees can only request a response when the speaker is active and its speaking time has not expired. Answers to responses are placed under active responses in the list of speakers.
To enable the setting:
- From global admininstrator, navigate to meeting.
- In the list, click meeting.
- Click the edit button to the left of the meeting for which you want to enable the setting.
- Check the box "Restricted replies".
- Tap Save.
