There is now a meeting setting that limits the number of responses.
This setting limits delegates' ability to respond by only allowing responses when the keynote speaker is active and his time has not expired. This setting also limits the keynote speaker's ability to reply to an occasion. Additional dialog indications are sorted at the bottom of the list of replys (speakers list). If this setting is changed while a meeting is being held, all matters in the meeting will be affected.
To enable the setting, check the "restricted replies" box. This setting is in the meeting settings (requires Global Admin access).
It is now possible to sort proposals in the voting list by characters entered in the sort list that is located under the committee tab. The fields for sorting are located under the Committee tab > Receipt > Sorting
The proposals are sorted by size > characters > blank box. If no values have been applied to the sort boxes, the proposals are sorted as before. The new sorting works together with the existing "drag and drop" sorting.
If the meeting setting "Restricted replies" is active, the speaker will only be able to submit a single reply to the a response. An additional reply to someones' response will be positioned at the bottom of all active replies on the speaker list.
If the meeting setting "restricted replies" is active, the speaker will only be able to submit a single reply to the a response.
If the meeting setting "restricted replies" is active, it is only possible to ask for a response while the main speaker is active and he/she has time left to speak.
